B&P is a powerful network of professionals who live and work in the greater Palm Beaches. Throughout the year, the division provides opportunities for businesspeople to make valuable connections and build relationships.
The 3,500 Jewish professionals living and working in the greater Palm Beaches know that they can accomplish much more than an individual can alone. The B&P division supports a vibrant Jewish community through the work of Federation and its partner agencies to engage people in Jewish life, support synagogues as a way to find meaning and purpose, connect our community to Israel and promote lifelong Jewish learning, among other activities. B&P is also your way of doing business. It is a way of giving to invest your time in a meaningful cause while expanding your business or professional aspirations.

Donor Recognition Societies
Federation and B&P have a number of ways to recognize donors and their giving to the Annual Campaign, the primary means of Federation and its partner agencies to respond and provide to the local and global needs of the Jewish community. These recognition societies offer participants invitations to exclusive social and educational events for its members.

- Rabin Society ($3,600 - $4,999)
- Heschel Society ($5,000 - $9,999)
- President’s Council ($10,000 - $35,999)
- Jewish Federations of North America King David Society ($25,000 or more)
- Major Gifts ($36,000 or more)
