Emerging Leadership Program (ELP)

Alumni of Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) Share their Experiences

ELP is a 16-month program that emphasizes leadership, the idea of Jewish peoplehood, and key issues related to advocacy and social action. Established in 2009, the Emerging Leadership Program (ELP) powered by Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County’s Mandel Center for Leadership, remains a high-caliber initiative to develop future leaders in the Palm Beaches.
