The Mandel Center for Excellence in Leadership, a Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County program, is dedicated to engaging and developing high-performance volunteer and professional leaders here in Palm Beach. With the goal of recruiting, inspiring, training and retaining leaders with the values, commitment and skills to be prepared to take on significant roles to strengthen our local Jewish community, the Mandel Center is a true asset to Jewish Palm Beach.

Programs of the Mandel Center for Excellence in Leadership are designed in a wide variety of formats, including seminars; technology training; briefings and webinars; workshops, and programs that build key competencies as well as enhance expertise.

Opportunities available through the Mandel Center include:

  • Training and development for professional staff, provided throughout the year in a number of formats, based on principles of adult learning
