Nine Meyer Academy Students Recognized at District Level During The Palm Beach County Science Fair
Brilliant minds are hard at work – and their efforts are paying off at
Federation's partner day school, Meyer Academy.
Students at Meyer Academy's IB Middle School earned recognition for excellence in science at the Palm Beach County Science Fair. Award-winning experiments ranged from strategies to keeping roses fresh and water filtration best practices, to testing radiation frequencies in cell phones.
The following Meyer Academy projects placed at the 2016 Palm Beach County Science Fair:

8th Grade - Bacterial Content in Pasteurized versus Raw Milk

6th Grade - Can Air Vortexes Make a Cup on a Table Move?
7th Grade - Which Basketball is More Accurate than Other Brands?
8th Grade - Does a Wood's Density Affect Its Energy Content?
8th Grade - Comparing Methods of Water Filtration
