Day of Awareness: Opening Doors to Inclusion: Educating and Supporting People with Disabilities Conference and Resource Fair

Inaugural CJE Day of Awareness

Community-wide symposium in greater Palm Beaches on October 22, 2017, to provide professional development education to Jewish educators throughout the community and to expose synagogue and temple administrators, clergy, school directors and volunteers as well as Jewish community agency personnel and volunteers with ideas and tools for creating warm, welcoming, and inclusive environments for all families. Families will be encouraged to attend workshops focusing on early intervention, access to services, and psychology of family dynamics concerning special needs.
