Hurricane Irma Relief Fund

image

Hurricane Irma has caused widespread damage across Palm Beach County and other parts of Florida and the Caribbean. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of those affected by this terrible storm.

Federation has launched the Hurricane Irma Relief Fund to address urgent needs in the Jewish and general communities in the wake of the storm.

100% of your contribution will help people in need:

  • Urgently-needed basics, including food and medicine
  • Assessing repair and cleanup needs
  • Long-term needs for victims, including trauma counseling

If you would like help coping with trauma, please call our partners at Alpert Jewish Family & Children’s Service at 561.684.1991. Their intake and referral will reopen Thursday, September 14.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Our partners at MorseLife need your assistance to ensure seniors in our community have the food and supplies they need in advance of Rosh Hashanah. Click here to see how and when you can help. Contact Linda Sevich at 561.254.8926 if you’re interested in volunteering.
